Man is it gonna stay cold for ever????? We had another one of those "BIG" Arkansas snows ... that just missed shutting down the state ...
Anyway I got in 3 rides and 2 runs this week ... Next week will be the start of swimming. Three weeks remain before I start my Ironman Louisville training program.
I did a trainer ride on Thursday and then a couple of FGSG 30 to 40 mile rides on Saturday & Sunday ... Ran on the NLRHS track and then went to swim ... but the pool had just closed ... Drat ...
Went to watch Alex play basketball on Saturday ... I think he was 3-4 or 3-5 and had almost half of the teams scoring ... And of course it is always fun watching Corbin on the sidelines of these games or anywhere else ...
