Week 3
This week 3 of my 26 week training plan for Ironman Louisville.
After recovery days on Monday & Tuesday from my 150 mile ride on Saturday, including the Ultra Green Goblin 200K, I am getting back on schedule with my training.
Went with Alex Monday evening as he took Cobi for a walk thru the neighborhood. I got some great photos of him & Cobi.
On tuesday, I borrowed Erik's Quintana Roo Lucero, Lucy, for some test riding.
I went to a TRI Swim Clinic Tuesday & Wednesday evening at the LR Racquet Club. Tay Stafford & Matt Twilley were the instructors and did an excellent job. The biggest tip that I got was to tighen the AB muscles to make the feet come up to the surface for balance.
Pat & I went to Alex's school Wednesday @ lunchtime for grandparents day. And then I swam & did a 1.5mile run that was interrupted by rain.
Thursday is my long run (1:10) followed by long bike rides on SAT/SUN.
