Family - Wife, Pat - Son, Jeremy - Daughter, Reba - Grandson, Alex & Granddaughter, Corbin ... eMail address --> DEW_43 at Hotmail dot Com Completed 1st Sprint TRI in 1986 and lost 60 pounds and lowered blood pressure from 145/95 to 105/65 during that year. --- Race mostly sprint TRI/DU races, with 1/2 IM @ Gulf Coast TRI in 1997& 1999 and IronManUSA in 1999 and Great Floridian Iron distance in 2003. --- 2007 plans include learning freestyle swimming & Training for Ironman Louisville Note: Meniscus damage to left knee in Feb 2006 ... prompted a serious rehab plan to get back on track (Have had no ACL in the right knee since 1983)
